Clay is the Founder of Abode Homebuyers. He has been acquiring and managing single-family & multifamily properties full-time since 2009. Clay began his career as a real estate agent and broker more than a decade ago and shortly thereafter moved into the acquisition, renovation, and disposition of both residential and commercial projects. He has started various successful startups in the real estate industry as well as the food & beverage industry. He has been involved personally in over 500+ real estate transactions. He has a beautiful wife and 5 amazing children that keep him busy. Clay holds a BS from the University of Utah.

Lyndon Dangerfield is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate, sales management, and entrepreneurship. With over a decade of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent, he has honed skills in client relations, property tours, contract preparation, and negotiation. His leadership roles as Sales Director at Lit Living and Regional Sales Manager at Walker Edison highlight his expertise in team development, strategic growth, and international partnerships. Lyndon holds an Associate’s degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University and is a licensed real estate professional with a strong commitment to business development and sustainability. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters exploring the many wonders of Utah.

Dallin Yorgesen

Dallin was born in Houston, Texas, and raised in Saratoga Springs, Utah. With a strong background in sales and marketing, he excels at solving problems and thinking creatively. Dallin brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every transaction, offering homeowners simple yet effective solutions tailored to their unique needs. Outside of work, he enjoys playing football and basketball and cherishes time spent with his wife and their dog, whether it’s playing games or watching movies together.

Loraca has a background in relationship management in banking for 8 years. She found her way into real estate once she had her three kids. She has been helping people buy and sell real estate for 7 years. Loraca cares deeply for each client she helps, going above and beyond to ensure everyone wins with every transaction. She is dedicated to providing outstanding costumer service to everyone no matter how complicated the situation. Outside of real estate Loraca loves a good adventure whether it’s mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, rock climbing or traveling with her family.
